Anyone definitely upset if acne is not lost although we diligent washing the face. This caused confusion because we do not know what to do anymore.

In principle, acne occurs because of blockage of oil glands on face which then become inflamed and infected by the bacteria Propionibacterium acnes. This blockage occurs because of a dirty face by cosmetics, dust, irritated skin and also because of the influence of hormones. Acne can also occur due to physical stress, emotional stress, diet and sleep patterns. So wash your face is not necessarily free from acne.

However, the following tips can make your face free from acne.

  1. Scrub. Exfoliating or removing dead skin is very important to get a smooth face. Do the facial scrub every two or three days with a special facial scrub.
  2. Toner. Many women forget rubbing toner after cleansing the face. The goal is that the toner can cleanse the skin and absorb excess oil in the skin pores and tighten. Choose a toner that does not Contain too much alcohol, it can lead to dry skin.
  3. Masks. Masks aim to lift the remains of dirt and give an injection of vitamins on the skin. Choose a mask that suits your skin condition.
  4. Moisturizer.  Make skin moist is the key to looking young and smooth face. In order to make it easier, you can spray the face of fresh water, such as Evian Water Face.
  5. Sunblock.  The sun is one trigger wrinkles and black spots on the face. Protect the face from the sun by using sunblock.
  6.  Foundation. Foundation is the foundation on the face before makeup. Choose a foundation color one level lighter than your skin tone to give a brighter effect.

Above all, to free our facial from acne, avoid the consumption of sweet foods, sugar, dairy, do not sleep too late, avoid stress, avoid too much sun exposure, and avoid smoking.

Drink 2.5 Liters Water a Day!

Why do we have to drink water as much as possible? Actually, the answer is rather "awful". But as an honest question must be Answered honestly anyway, then the subject will try to explain as follows:

  • Approximately 80% of the human body consists of water. In fact there are some parts of our body that has a moisture content above 80%, they are  BLOOD and BRAIN.
  • The brain has a component of water by 90%, while blood has a component of water by 95%.
  • Ration normal human drinking at least 2 liters a day or 8 glasses of water a day. The amount above should be coupled to a smoker! This water is needed to replace the fluid that comes out of our body through urine, sweat, respiration, and secretion.

What happens when we consume less than 2 liters a day? The body will balance itself by way of "sucking" water from our BLOOD.

  • This situation will make blood more viscous. As a result of this blood coagulation, the blood flow becomes less smooth than the diluted blood.
  • When passing kidney (filter toxins from the blood), kidney will work extra hard to filter blood. Because the kidneys filter the subtle, often thick blood can cause tearing of the renal glomerulus.
  • As a result, reddish urine, signs of kidney began leaking sieve. If allowed to continue, you might someday have to spend much money a week for dialysis.
  • What about the BRAIN? When the viscous blood flow through the brain, travels a little choked up. The brain is no longer "dilute", because The brain cells are the most Wasteful consumption of food and oxygen, the which causes STROKE!

That is why we need to drink 2.5 liters of water every day.

Sudden Breath Shortness

About 1 month ago I have a problem sudden shortness of breath. Feeling very claustrophobic and imagine something dangerous, quickly I was taken to a nearby hospital by my wife. During on the way I feel very short of breath and increasingly congested. I'm very worry.

Upon arriving at the hospital and enter to emergency unit room, the nurse put oxygen into my nose and giving a drug under the tongue. The goal is to loosen the tightness. But for 30 minutes does not give good results. I'm still short of breath. Finally they checked my heart with ECG and torax photograph. While waiting for the results, my shortness not stop.

After nearly 1 hour, finally oxygen is replaced by a kind of smoke that is inserted into the nose and my mouth. I was told to inhale with the nose and mouth to release. It runs about 10 minutes. Finally, I stop short of breath. Stopped not because of oxygen but because of the smoke given therapy.

After waiting for the results of the examination until the next day, I was notified that I suffer  pneumonia in the right lung. In addition there is a kind of positive troponin. Finally I was given medication. The doctor sent me home and told take medication once a day. There isosorbide dinitrate, concorde, and lasix furosemide.
I was taking them until now. But until now I feel that I have not fully recovered. Sometimes I feel claustrophobic and rapid fatigue when walking or climbing stairs.

I did not consult a doctor until now. Question, I have shortness  is it because of pneumonia or heart problems?
