CONTROLLING CHOLESTEROL LEVEL

    CAFFEINE CAN CAUSE HYPERTENSION?


    As we know, high blood pressure or hypertension is a dangerous disease that can cause heart disease and stroke. Many of the factors causing hypertension such as  heredity, age, salt, cholesterol, Obesity, Stress, smoking, alcohol or exercise less.  These factors can be controlled and some that can not be controlled, such as high blood pressure caused by hereditary factors. The factors above are common factors that are known to many people today. But one thing is somewhat surprising is that according to the study, caffeine could trigger a rise cholesterol in human blood. How is it happen?

    In Netherlands a study shows that coffee can increase cholesterol up to 10 percent. This can happen if the coffee is drunk without immediately filtered and heated. With this increase in cholesterol, can be concluded that caffeine can cause high blood pressure. This is because cholesterol is up to 10% increase when we drink coffee. Not only that, caffeine can also cause a person difficulty sleeping, difficult to control emotions, difficulty concentrating, and caffeine can also indicated trigger cancer.

    CONTROLLING CHOLESTEROL IN THE END OF THE YEAR

    At each the end of the year, we usually consume a lot of meat because of Christmas holiday and new year, also  we have many  invitations in this end of year and  presenting a lot of various kinds of meat.  Of course we are always vigilant about increased cholesterol in our blood. As we know that the body contains of bad cholesterol is called LDL (Low Density Lipoprotein) which fat can be attached to the blood vessels and  HDL (High Density Lipoprotein) as a good cholesterol that able to dissolve the fat content of LDL in the body. Normal cholesterol in the body is 160-200 mg, the accumulation of LDL content must be prevented in order to remain in their normal state. Here are some tips you can do to control your cholesterol:

    Diet
    Please Consumption of foods low in fat and cholesterol. For example by consuming milk without the fat and reduce the consumption of meat. Choose foods with unsaturated fat than saturated fat. Oil used for frying repeatedly can raise cholesterol levels, so, please reduce the consumption of fried foods.

    Consumption of fiber
    Consume more fiber foods such as wheat, beans, vegetables and fruits. These foods can absorb cholesterol in the blood and expelled from the body.

    Consumption of antioxidants
    Antioxidants found in many fruits such as oranges, strawberries, papaya, carrots, or pumpkin. Eat garlic regularly can lower cholesterol levels.

    Avoid alcohol and smoking
    With smoke or consume alcohol, would be easy to accumulate cholesterol in the bloodstream.

    Sports
    Exercise regularly according to age and ability. Keep your body weight remains the ideal.
