SWINE FLU AND PREVENTION

The swine flu has been declared an official emergency in the United States, with confirmed cases in California, New York, Texas, and Kansas. Also in Midle east, Germany, Israel. Although this kind of flu still not attach Asia, many countries in Asia have methode to anticipate this flu.
But the main point or us is “no one needs to panic” The key is prevention, and there are several ways to prevent swine flu. They are:

  • First and foremost, if you're sick - stay home. Don't go to work or school, and certainly don't send your child to school if he or she is exhibiting signs of a fever, coughing or sneezing, and difficulty breathing. In addition, stay home for two days after your symptoms have disappeared. Sounds elementary but we all know people who go to work or school when they are visibly sick.
  • Second, cover your mouth when coughing and sneezing and wash your hands frequently. You should be doing this anyway! Be vigilant about reminding kids to wash their hands as well.
  • If you are having trouble breathing, you should definitely head to the hospital. If you are experiencing mild symptoms, then stay home to avoid infecting other people at the hospital or doctor's office. You can always request a mask if you're in a waiting room.
  • Don't be alarmed if health officials examine you wearing masks. It's Prevention 101, and nothing personal. Also, just because doctors are wearing masks doesn't mean everyone has to have one. They are the ones who are in close contact to the swine flu should it appear in patients.
  • Now hear this: don't be afraid of pork products! There has been talk of pork bans, and indeed some countries have banned pork products from the US and Mexico. If you cook pork properly and thoroughly, the virus will be killed and you will not be infected. Make sure you cook it to 160 degrees.
  • If you have plans to travel to Mexico, you might want to reconsider any immediate travel plans. This is always easier said than done, and unless you have traveler's insurance it's likely you will lose some money. On the other hand, it's the most effective method of prevention! In any case, check with your airline to see if they have posted any news or are offering any rescheduling options.

This is a serious health crisis, and the primary reason is because the individuals who have died from the virus are seemingly healthy individuals in their 20s to 40s. Health officials have stated this could mean that this particular swine flu is a new virus. It is also important to note that the people afflicted with the swine flu in the US have been to Mexico recently or have had contact with those who have. While you never really know where the lady in line behind you at the grocery store has been lately, it's probably not too likely she's carrying the virus. There's no need to lock yourself inside and avoid contact with the general
population.

R.A KARTINI, WHO IS SHE?

“Ibu kita Kartini putri sejati, putri indonesia harum namanya...” I still remember this lyric when elementary school.Today is Kartini’s Day. All Indonesian people always remember this special day.
Who is Kartini?
Raden Ajeng (Adjeng) Kartini or, more accurately, Raden Ayu (Ajoe) Kartini, (April 21, 1879–September 17, 1904), was a prominentJavanese and anIndonesian heroine. Kartini is known as a pioneer in the area of woman’s right for native Indonesians. Kartini was born into an aristocratic Javanese family in a time when Java was still part of the Dutch colony, the Dutch East Indies. Kartini's father, Raden Mas Sosroningrat, became Regency Chief of Jepara, and her mother was Raden Mas' first wife, but not the most important one. At this time, polygamy was a common practice among the nobility.
Kartini was the fifth child and eldest daughter in a family of eleven, including half siblings. She was born into a family with a strong intellectual tradition. Her grandfather, Pangeran Ario Tjondronegoro IV, became a Regency Chief at the age of 25 while Kartini's older brother Sosrokartono was an accomplished linguist.
Kartini's family allowed her to attend school until she was 12 years old. Here, among other subjects, she learnt to speak fluent Dutch, an unusual accomplishment for Javanese women at the time. After she turned 12 she was 'secluded' at home, a common practice among Javanese nobility, to prepare young girls for their marriage. During seclusion girls were was not allowed to leave their parents' house until they were married, at which point authority over them was transferred to their husbands. Kartini's father was more lenient than some during his daughter's seclusion, giving her such privileges as embroidery lessons and occasional appearances in public for special events.
During her seclusion, Kartini continued to educate herself on her own. Because Kartini could speak Dutch, she acquired several Dutch pen friends. One of them, a girl by the name of Rosa Abandenon, became her very close friend. Books, newspapers and European magazines fed Kartini's interest inEuropean feminist thinking, and fostered the desire to improve the conditions of indigenous women, who at that time had a very low social status.
Kartini's concerns were not just in the area of the emancipation of women, but also the problems of her society. Kartini saw that the struggle for women to obtain their freedom, autonomy and legal equality was just part of a wider movement.
Kartini's parents arranged her marriage to Raden Adipati Joyodiningrat, the Regency Chief of Rembang, who already had three wives. She was married on the 12 November 1903. This was against Kartini's wishes, but she acquiesced to appease her ailing father. Her husband understood Kartini's aims and allowed her to establish a school for women in the east porch of the Rembang Regency Office complex. Kartini's only son was born on September 13, 1904. A few days later on September 17, 1904, Kartini died at the age of 25. She was buried in Bulu Village, Rembang.
In 1964, President Sukarno declared Kartini's birth date, 21 April, as 'Kartini Day' - an Indonesian National Holiday. This decision has been criticised. It has been proposed that Kartini's Day should be celebrated in conjunction with Indonesian Mothers Day, on 22 December so that the choice of Kartini as a national heroine would not overshadow other women who, unlike Kartini, took up arms to oppose the colonisers.
In contrast, those who recognise the significance of Kartini argue that not only was she a feminist who elevated the status of women in Indonesia, she was also a nationalist figure, with new ideas who struggled on behalf of her people, including her in the national struggle for independence.

DO YOU AGREE?

Still remember Robert T. Kiyosaki ? A best seller writer of Rich Dad Poor Dad and Cashflow Quadrant who teach game about money and tell freedom of financial which is its masterpiece have given the inspiration to about 35000 people in the world.
In one sub chapter on his book tells “ NOT required money to yield money" and " NOT required a high formal education to reach freedom of financial”.
A statement that wrinkling eyebrow. Why? Because in that moment as well as in this time many people still have opinion that " Money required to yield money" and ask their children " Study as high as star in the sky" so that you can work with big salary.
You also still remember with Thomas A.Edison, founder of General Electric; Henry Ford, founder of Ford Motor Co.; Bill Gates, founder of Microsoft, Ted Turner founder of CNN, Michael Dell founder of Dell Computers; Steve Job, founder Apple Computer, also with Ralph Laurent, founder of Polo.
They are the people who leave College and reach successfulness without owning college title and no have much money when they develop their business for the first time.
Although realized that Education of college is one of important to a profession or support the make-up of career, but " not" to these people in getting their wealth. And so with Robert Kiyosaki , when he and his wife experience of very hard matter of year 1985, where they have no money and have much debt, but with a confidence without continuing education, in year 1989 they get out of misery and very rich and get freedom of financial in year 1994.
So what required? They said, Dream, big intention, readiness to quickly learn and ability process truly Your potency. Agree??
