How to Make Aloe Vera Juice



Aloe vera is one of herbal that contains a lot of nutrients. Aloe vera has a high content of minerals, amino acids, vitamins, and enzymes, which contribute to the healing properties of aloe vera. There are more than 250 species of aloe plants, but only five species are known to have nutrients and can be used as medicine. But must be careful because there are 15 types of aloe vera plants are poisonous.

Making Aloe Vera Juice 
  • Cut a few leaves of aloe vera and its quite old.
  • Peel the prickly aloe vera leaves are peeled using a knife, then wash the leaves of aloe vera with boiled water.
  • Cut aloe vera leaf into two. Rake gel ("meat") aloe vera with a spoon. (Note: If you are not comfortable with this way, you can peel the skin and cut the overall small "meat" aloe vera).
  • Enter the aloe vera gel into a blender, add orange juice to taste. Blend these ingredients for 2 minutes. (Note: Aloe vera gel without the leather is not durable because it will be oxidized by air. Juice is useful for stabilizing aloe vera gel so durable and to give flavor).
  • Pour your homemade aloe vera juice into a container with an airtight lid. Let stand in the refrigerator at least 2 hours.

Aloe vera juice you are ready to eat. This juice can survive for a week, but to get the maximum health benefits, should be spent within 3 days. To consume aloe vera juice, pour two tablespoons of aloe vera juice in warm water in glass and stir. This juice can still be added to fruit juice if you like.
